About Us

Broad Creek Property Management is operated by the professional husband and wife team of Sarah and Clifford Wright. Their experience includes managing high-value assets and real estate, and providing a personalized and unique experience for island visitors or residents of Hilton Head Island.

The love of coastal South Carolina and her surrounding beaches and waterways brought Sarah and Clifford from Savannah to Beaufort County in order to offer their Concierge Services, as well as Property Management, Absentee Owner Services, and Event Planning to the residents of the island.

Sarah and Clifford are active in multiple professional organizations in Bluffton and Hilton Head including the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking International (BNI) – Island Business Alliances Chapter.

The team are constantly networking with new vendors and contractors, and putting in the work to provide you the best experience possible in the Low Country

Sarah Wright - Owner

Sarah Wright has a degree in Business Management along with 15 years of customer service, hospitality, and management experience.

She also has 8 years experience in event planning, property management, and home management experience. Sarah has a passion for helping others and takes great pride in what she does.

Sarah along with her husband and 8-year-old daughter reside in Bluffton, SC where she enjoys spending time with her family, being on the water, and an active member of the South Carolina Yacht Club.

Sarah’s experience and passion make her a great choice for all of your needs!

Clifford Wright - Owner

Clifford’s experience comes from 19 years in the United States Marine Corps and Corporate Aviation. He has spent the last 8 years in leadership roles responsible for aircraft valued at up to 65 million each. He has experience resolving problems safely and efficiently to meet customer’s needs. His background has taught him the values of dedication and honesty in every part of life.

Clifford’s love for Hilton Head and the surrounding areas of Beaufort County came from many family trips up to the Island for pleasure and boating. The fondness and memories of the island made his decision to live in this amazing area easily.

The Wright family lives in Bluffton, SC and can be found many a weekend boating out of Skull Creek or attending one of the many festivals or events in the area. Clifford is also the number one supporter of his daughter Hannah who is an active part of the South Carolina Yacht Club Sailing Program.
