Platinum Package:
- Includes weekly visits to your home
- 3 weeks with a 60-point home inspection
- 1 week with a detailed, 95-point home inspection
- Monthly photos and video of each room in the home ($250 value)
- Monitoring service providers (such as cleaning, landscape, etc)
- Scheduling on routine and annual maintenance
- Accepting invoices and paying your service providers (if requested)
- Reporting to you on a regular basis
This package is perfect for the busy professional that wants their home to be well taken care of and needs a lot of assistance.
Gold Package:
- Includes 2 visits to your home each month
- 1 week with a 60-point home inspection
- 1 week with a detailed, 95-point home inspection
- Monthly photos and video of each room in the home (if requested, at a 50% discount)
- Monitoring service providers (such as cleaning, landscape, etc)
- Scheduling on routine and annual maintenance
This package is perfect for the home owner that wants their home well taken care of but does not need as many visits to their home.
Silver Package:
- 1 monthly 95-point home inspection
- Mail and newspaper retrieval
- Monitoring service providers
This package is designed for the home owner that visits frequently but needs a local contact to ensure that the home is being taken care of when they are away.
